Ariel Gail

Prof. Gail S. Goodman has been a distinguished psychologist since 1993. She is also the Director of the Center for Public Policy Research, University of California Davis. It is believed that she was the one responsible with establishing the current study of memory recall by eyewitnesses, and children as witnesses. Professor Goodman has published numerous papers she has received grants from numerous sources and received many international and national awards. She consults with numerous governments and agencies across the globe regarding policy as well as the study of child abuse in the justice system. She is also a consultant for the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center. (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) Sacramento County Child Protective Services. She has been a member of several professional associations, such as the Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association. (Divisions Experimental Psychology Developmental Psychology Society for Children and Families policy and practice American Psychology Law Society Psychology of Women and Traumatic Stress 56) She is a founding member of the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children, the Psychonomics Society Society for Research into Child Development as well as the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. She has served as director of three divisions (Division Society for Policy and Child Development and Practice Division American Psychology Law Society, and Division Developmental Psychology) and one section (Child Maltreatment) of the American Psychological Association.
